Spacious One Bedroom Loft in Downtown BR. Located on 3rd st. The loft is in the heart of Downtown and walkable to the river, museums, and great restaurants and bars.

Good to know

Great open floor plan one bedroom loft in downtown Baton Rouge. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will have a comfortable sitting area for hanging out. There is a smart TV hooked up which has content from Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The loft is a one-bedroom and is essentially two rooms. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects the Kitchen/Living room to the bathroom. The bathroom has a classic claw tub with a shower. Shampoo/Conditioner, soap, and towels are provided. You will also find the washer and dryer in the living room closet. We list this a space with a max of four, but is only a one bedroom. The couch is not a fold out, but comfortable and there is an air mattress available.

Other Details to Note

This loft is above a bar. Noise can be an issue. Thursday - Saturday is loud, not only in this loft but on 3rd st as a whole. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to reconsider. We also can provide earplugs if needed.

Nice clean place, comfortable bed. Dog friendly. The restaurant on the first floor has a fantastic burger. There wasn’t much noise from the second floor bar but every now and then I thought I could smell the hookah. They do have an air purifier to help. Would stay again.

This was perfect for our stay! We were in Baton Rouge for an event at the Canes River Center. It was a quick walk there with many stores and eateries. We loved it! Everything was clean and easy to use. I was a bit worried about the noise that was talked about in other reviews but we didn’t even notice it! It was quiet, comfortable, and everything we needed!
