Upon entry, you will find yourself in a wide-open living space that is shared by the kitchen and the TV Room. Both bedrooms could be considered Master Bedrooms. Both have full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a tub and the bedroom as a whole has more privacy. The upstairs bedroom is the whole second floor and opens up directly to the rooftop deck.
Other Details to Note
There is a bar on the ground floor that has music nightly, as a general rule it is quieter on Sunday - Wednesday and Louder Thursday - Saturday.

Parking is located behind our building (between 3rd and 4th st on Convention.) You will see a map in your check-in instructions that will help you find your way. This loft is on the third floor of a building. You will be accessing your keys on the street level and using your key fob to get into the lobby and up the elevator.
