Inside, the open loft layout features a plush king-size bed plus a cozy couch (best for guests under 6 ft), and an air mattress for flexible sleeping arrangements. Head up to the private rooftop deck and take in sweeping views of downtown — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars.

Good to know

Built in 1920, this building was originally the Meyer Hotel. Remodeled in the early 2000s with a strong focus on playing into the building's original architecture with some modern twists. The space is three stories. You enter into an open space with the kitchen/living room. The second floor is the bedroom. The third floor is a sitting room that steps out onto the rooftop deck. Note: There is a club and two bars in the building. This loft is very loud when the club is open Thursday - Saturday. Please reach out to discuss if you have any questions or concerns.

Other Details to Note

We do not allow parties. The building owner has very strong feelings about this, and we will have to shut down any parties. There will be no refunds. No Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the rooftop deck. If the smell of smoke is detected after checkout, we reserve the right to charge a $500 remediation fee.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely stunning space — even better than the photos! This downtown Baton Rouge 3 story unit was the perfect mix of character, comfort, and style. The exposed brick, reclaimed wood finishes, and open-beam ceiling gave it a warm industrial charm that felt both historic and modern. The living room was spacious and beautifully decorated — the leather sofa, art pieces, and cozy lighting created a great vibe for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen and bar area were real highlights — tons of craftsmanship in the woodwork, well-stocked for cooking or cocktails, and it all flowed naturally with the rest of the space. Everything was spotless, and the host clearly put care into the details, from decor to amenities. The bedroom was first class and super comfortable. The third level provided access to a large balcony which could easily host 50+ guests. Location was also perfect, with access to restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful space!
