One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second has a queen bed with a bunk bed above. The loft is within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and a grocery store.

This loft is in the heart of downtown, so expect an active street of restaurants and bargoers on weekends. There is a bar/restaurant and dance club on the ground floor, and a bar/lounge balcony bar on the second floor. As a general rule the building is quieter on Sunday - Wednesday and will be loud and have more activity Thursday - Saturday.

The airbnb looks just like the photos, it was clean and also have everything you would need during your stay. The location was a great spot , i couldn't have chose a better place to stay.

For starters, cannot say enough about how perfect the location was for what we needed. It was a really cool spot. Positives for the trip: 1) Location - Perfect 2) Communication - Tommy went above and beyond to remain in contact with us. The trip had the ability to start off poorly due to a minor maintenance issue, but Tommy ensured he did everything he could to make it right for us and to ensure we were satisfied. Cannot explain enough how important that was to the group. Negatives: 1) Noise - As noted in many other reviews, the bar and nightclub downstairs can be a little rough if you're trying to get to bed early. With that said, we knew what we were signing up for. Neighbors on our last night were exceptionally loud. Not much we can do about that.

The place is beautiful and located in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge where all the fun festivities are. Thank you again to Tommy and his team for the amazing stay and hospitality

Our building does not provide parking, but there are plenty of options. Street parking is plentiful and is metered from 8a - 6p M-F There is an open-air lot behind our building that is paid through a phone app. There is also covered parking across the street from our building, and it is pay as you come and go.
