The airbnb looks just like the photos, it was clean and also have everything you would need during your stay. The location was a great spot , i couldn't have chose a better place to stay.

For starters, cannot say enough about how perfect the location was for what we needed. It was a really cool spot. Positives for the trip: 1) Location - Perfect 2) Communication - Tommy went above and beyond to remain in contact with us. The trip had the ability to start off poorly due to a minor maintenance issue, but Tommy ensured he did everything he could to make it right for us and to ensure we were satisfied. Cannot explain enough how important that was to the group. Negatives: 1) Noise - As noted in many other reviews, the bar and nightclub downstairs can be a little rough if you're trying to get to bed early. With that said, we knew what we were signing up for. Neighbors on our last night were exceptionally loud. Not much we can do about that.

Nice clean place, comfortable bed. Dog friendly. The restaurant on the first floor has a fantastic burger. There wasn’t much noise from the second floor bar but every now and then I thought I could smell the hookah. They do have an air purifier to help. Would stay again.

Tommy’s place was PERFECT! He was an incredible host and gave us all the best recommendations, including a restaurant on the sixth floor with a great view (that we never would have known was there). He was super responsive, helped us when we had trouble with the door (because I’m a dummy!) and even gave us a walkthrough of the other spaces in the property. It is such a cool building! The upstairs bathroom is fun too, with the whole room being a shower. There was a thunderstorm while we were there and the row of upstairs windows made it really fun to watch. The space was perfectly sized for us. We had some family over before our wedding event and the kitchen and outdoor spaces were both ideal. I even got to spend some time with Tommy and his mom while we were there. It’s rare I get to hang out with our Airbnb hosts, but they were so friendly and kind and fun to be around. I will definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you Tommy!

The loft was absolutely perfect! Clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge, close to great restaurants, bars, and local attractions. Tommy was an excellent host—communicative, friendly, and made the check-in process super smooth. The space felt safe and peaceful, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was perfect for our stay! We were in Baton Rouge for an event at the Canes River Center. It was a quick walk there with many stores and eateries. We loved it! Everything was clean and easy to use. I was a bit worried about the noise that was talked about in other reviews but we didn’t even notice it! It was quiet, comfortable, and everything we needed!

The loft is a fun and eclectic space and the location was ideally suited to both conference attendance at Raising Cane’s River Center and in a nexus of dining and nightlife options. The rooftop deck was a great place to unwind and have a drink at the end of the day. Five stars and I’ll definitely book with Tommy in the future and hope to try another of their units on my next trip to Baton Rouge!

Tommy was a fantastic host. He was very helpful with ideas of places to go and a pleasure to converse with the Second Flor bar. We would book a stay at his airbnb again for sure.

The place is beautiful and located in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge where all the fun festivities are. Thank you again to Tommy and his team for the amazing stay and hospitality

Oh this place was absolutely beautiful and the whole area was a real vibe …. I look forward to visiting Baton Rouge again and staying here . I loved everything about this place you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into putting this place together . Big Energy!!!!!
