Perfect stay ! Very cozy as well pictures does no justice on how beautiful this place is . Such a timeless aesthetic. Definitely will be back . Also loved their response times & hospitality ❤️

Tommy and Linda were so sweet and accommodating and helped with absolutely everything I needed! The apt itself was so cool and had anything I could’ve possibly needed. Amazing find in downtown Baton Rouge!

Location! Location! Location! We stayed at the Lofts for a Mardi Gras ball downtown & we couldn’t ask for a better spot. Easy check in & close to everything, including our final destination of the River Center. Even though it is above a bar, I never noticed any loud noise at all & im a pretty light sleeper. Thanks again!

Tommy has a beautiful place. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The location worked out perfectly for Mardi Gras in Baton Rouge, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Anytime we’re back in Baton Rouge for Mardi Gras, I plan on staying at one of Tommy’s Airbnbs again. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this two story loft was incredible. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. Tommy and Linda were wonderful hosts and very responsive to our questions. We went for a parade it was a short walk to River Road . After we could even see the parade come back around while on the Rooftop patio. Great bar downstairs with yummy food and excellent drinks. We had an amazing time and we definitely be back again!

l'endroit est proche de tout. j'y étais pour le marathon et c'était à quelques pas de l'exposition et du départ et de l'arrivée de la course. il y a une épicerie à quelques pas de marché également. la terrasse est vraiment un plus. les lits sont confortables. tout était propre et la cuisine est fonctionnelle. l'hôte a répondu rapidement à mes besoins.

Amazing stay!! Great spot if you’re looking for downtown BR nightlife. Tommy was a great host & very responsive through the entire process. Will definitely be back when I have the chance! 10/10 recommend.

Tommy was extremely nice and helpful. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a host on Airbnb. The Airbnb was perfect, right on 3rd street close to absolutely anything you could ask for.

A perfect place for a nice getaway. Tommy, the host, is super friendly and responds almost immediately. The unit was extremely cute and felt like home. The loft is located in downtown close to a bunch of great bars and restaurants. This isn’t my first time staying in the lofts, and it won’t be my last. Can’t wait to come back!

The location of the listing is nothing short of phenomenal! Restaurants, nightlife, and downtown all right there! Going for Tigers game like we did? No problem this is a super short drive or ride share to the stadium. Kitchen, Laundry, the listing really has everything you need! This will be our go to place from here on out, I'm unsure how we ever missed it before!
